Stone Paper Scissors was proud to host their world-famous Watch the Skies megagame as part of an international team development day in Denmark, delivered by our SPS Associate Partners.

From the very start, the atmosphere in the room was energetic and highly engaged. While players initially grappled with the scale and complexity of the game, confidence quickly grew as teams immersed themselves in diplomacy, negotiation, strategic decision-making — and humanity’s response to a mysterious extraterrestrial threat!

By the halfway point, the room had transformed into a lively hub of international relations, conflict, alliance-building, and high-level political drama, with players fully embracing the experience.

Watch the Skies explores the world’s technological, military, and political response to the existence of alien life. Played across yearly turns, the game challenges participants to think strategically about diplomacy, policy, resource allocation, and global cooperation under pressure.
