This is a two player card game that is an abstract depiction of two medieval armies facing each other on a battlefield. It can either be played as a simple two player card game, or as a sub-game to a more complex wargame – say a campaign where you wish to resolve minor battles in justa few minutes without resorting to setting out model soldiers. At the end of these rules is a simple campaign game that shows how that might be done. Each battle game only takes a few of minutes to set up and play.
